How to choose the right hinge: For FACE FRAME cabinets, the hinges will overlay 1/2" of the frame. For FRAMELESS cabinets, the hinges will overlay 1/2" of the side panel. You must choose the cabinet hinges that fit the side thickness of your cabinet (measure the distance the door panel overlaps the cabinet face). For example, if the thickness of the cabinet side panel is 1/2", then you should choose the corresponding 1/2" hinge.
