Installing Hinge to Door: - Drill a hole of 1/2"(12.7mm) depth for the hinge cup per template using a 1-2/5"(35mm) boring bit. - Do not drill through the door. - Drill 1/16(1.5mm) pilot holes for the hinge. - Insert the hinge into the door and fasten it with flat head wood screws.

Installing Door to Cabinet: - Open the hinge to full extension and connect the door to the side panel by fastening the screws.

4D Adjustment Structure: - Adjust up and down by screw A(+/- 2mm) - Adjust left and right by screw B(+/- 2mm) - Adjust front and back by screw C(+/- 3mm) - You can also adjust the closing speed of the door according to your needs.
